The all-wheel-drive model adds a front motor producing 224 hp, for a total output of 646 hp and 710 Nm, with a 0 to 100 km/h time of just 3.8 seconds. This version uses a Qilin nickel-manganese-cobalt battery from CATL, offering a range of 705 kilometers.
Safety was a major focus during the launch event, with Zeekr highlighting several groundbreaking features. Addressing the issue of urban flooding, the Zeekr 7X includes a hidden button that allows passengers to break a window if the doors become trapped underwater. The crossover also made headlines for staying afloat for nearly 28 minutes during a test.
In a first for the industry, Zeekr introduced an intelligent child safety seat equipped with active airbags. The deployment algorithm adapts to the nature of the collision, increasing child protection by 50%.
